Globalisation and Oppression

lancionhgu asked:

A comedy through the juxtaposition of Alana and Jack, a rich and a poor kid who lives in this globalised world. As Jack seeks to escape from his poverty, Alana constantly oppresses him into the world of posh which Jack could not afford. Please do note this is an amateur film which is unperfected.

Real Estate in Buenos Aires Argentina

Rick Ballester asked:

Buenos Aires is a vibrant city, which has a sophisticated, genteel Latin flair… but is cosmopolitan like New York or Paris. Large boulevards, expansive parks and plazas, tall trees… it’s a walking city with an aristocratic European feel.

Buying real estate in Argentina has become an excellent way to invest in real estate abroad. I have bought and sold a few apartments in the past two years, but will be looking to rent out some of the properties I bought that needed some rehabbing. The benefits of this include the increasing cash flow from renting the property, low expenditures on the property, and low real estate taxes. I was fortunate enough to be able to pay cash for the properties I invested in because obtaining financing in Argentina for non-citizens is next to impossible. If you don’t have the cash to buy it, your best option would be to get a loan in your home country and transfer the money through a bank.

Unless you are a daring/dedicated person, I would highly recommend obtaining the services of a Realtor. I was referred to a very good one that walked me through step by step on the “do’s and don’ts” of buying a property.

In a recent article “Real Emerging Property Markets are to be Found in South America,” in Property Wire August 2008, the analysis of South American real estate suggests that while the United States and European property markets are depressed, there are still many opportunities to make money in emerging markets.

Japanese Simplified

Nick Kater asked:

Millions of people around the people are now realizing the fact, that learning new languages benefits them in every way. It gives them new opportunities to succeed in the ever changing world. Owing to globalization, it has become the need of the hour. There is no way escaping it.

Learning to speak a new language is easier but learning to read and write a new language is an altogether different ball game. Sincerity and dedication are vital on the part of the learner to write in an altogether new language. Japanese would pose a challenge to almost every new learner. Writing Japanese is extremely difficult as it is totally different from other languages. You should definitely seek the services of another individual to help you to write in Japanese. You may even need to attend special classes to learn to write in Japanese.

You need a fair amount of patience and persistence to learn to write in Japanese. It is altogether different from other languages like French or Spanish. You need to have an open mind to first accept the Japanese language. Then you need to understand it. Only through understanding, you can master it. You need to find the right person to guide and motivate you, so that you can learn to write in Japanese language. Learning Japanese may be one of the toughest tasks you have ever pursued in your whole life. But you would definitely love this language, once you master it.

Seek a Master:

As mentioned before, you need to seek the assistance of a teacher to acquire the ability to write in Japanese. Teachers are vital as they can drastically reduce the time involved in learning anew language. They can guide you in the right track. But the fact is there are not any Japanese teachers waiting in line to offer you their assistance. Finding a right teacher, to help you write in Japanese is indeed a tough task. The right teacher may cost you dearly as private teachers do come at a price. It may cost you more. It is definitely worth the price as the experience you would gather can never be measured in terms of money.

If you cannot utilize the assistance of some one you know personally, you can always approach your local school. If there are Japanese teachers available, they would definitely guide you in learning the new language in their free time. But they would definitely charge you a fee. Depending on the place where you live, the fees may vary. If this does not work for you, you can always search in the internet for your Japanese teacher. There are plenty of online sources available. Those resources would definitely quench your thirst to learn and write the complex Japanese language.
